Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the website and services of The Natural Law Institute (“the Institute,” “we,” “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our services.

2. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

One account per person. Sharing account credentials with others is prohibited.

3. Course Access

Upon purchase, you receive a personal, non-transferable license to access the course content for your own educational use. Course access is granted for the duration specified at the time of purchase. The Institute reserves the right to update, modify, or retire course content at its discretion.

4. Intellectual Property

All course materials, written content, video, audio, graphics, and other intellectual property published by the Institute are owned by The Natural Law Institute or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, or create derivative works from any Institute content without prior written permission.

Brief quotations for the purpose of review, commentary, or scholarship are permitted with proper attribution.

5. Payment and Refunds

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are listed in United States dollars unless otherwise stated. You agree to pay all fees associated with your purchases.

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted the refund terms.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Share, redistribute, or resell course materials in any form.
  • Use automated tools to scrape, download, or copy site content.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform, other accounts, or connected systems.
  • Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with any entity.
  • Use the platform for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these terms.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms of Service, is harmful to other users or the Institute, or is otherwise objectionable.

Upon termination, your right to access purchased content ceases immediately. No refund will be issued for termination resulting from a violation of these terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Institute provides its services and content on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose of any content.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Natural Law Institute shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use our services.

9. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. The Natural Law Institute is registered in Delaware. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in a court of competent jurisdiction in Delaware.
