Refund Policy
Effective March 5, 2026
The Natural Law Institute maintains a clear, straightforward refund policy. Please read the following before making a purchase.
Digital Courses
All digital course purchases are non-refundable once access has been granted. Because course content is delivered immediately upon purchase, we cannot offer refunds after the transaction is complete.
If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing purchased content, contact us and we will resolve the issue promptly.
Event Tickets
Event tickets are refundable if the refund is requested at least 14 days before the event date. Refund requests made fewer than 14 days before the event will not be honored. If the Institute cancels an event, all ticket holders will receive a full refund.
Donations
Donations to The Natural Law Institute are non-refundable. All donations are voluntary contributions made in support of the Institute’s mission.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund for an eligible purchase, send an email to NLIStaff@NaturalLawInstitute.org with your name, the email address associated with your account, and the details of your purchase. Eligible refunds will be processed within 10 business days.
